Responsibilities:
  1. 1.Responsible for HR operation, including onboarding/offboarding/payroll administration.
  2. 2.Provide dedicated guidance and coaching to multiple managers and employees with specific focus on: employee advocacy/engagement, HR fundamentals and process training, employee relations management, performance management, career development and retention, workplace investigations as appropriate.
  3. 3. Provide employees and managers with an available first point of contact for questions and guidance on HR topics and issues; escalates concerns to management team in an appropriate manner.
  4. 4. Ensure that all employee relations issues are properly identified, reported, investigated and resolved
  5. 5. Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures and practices at 100% compliance to promote an ethical and compliant work environment
  6. 6. Build and lead key HR processes including new hire orientation, compensation planning and compliance, performance review, engagement survey, etc.
  7. 7. Assist with other HR special projects or initiatives as needed
  8. 8. Maintain and protect confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment, and care
Requirements:
  1. 1. Bachelor's degree or above with 8+ years' HR experience in both a large, progressive multi-national company and start-ups;
  2. 2. HR generalist experience including recruiting, C&B, retaining, performance management, employee relations & leadership development, and coaching;
  3. 3. Strong customer service mindset & can-do attitude;
  4. 4. Able to work in a matrix organization and under pressure;
  5. 5. Strong influencing & interpersonal skills;
  6. 6. Proficiency in both Mandarin and English, verbal and written.
